Buhari Visits Dapchi As Yobe Residents Troop Out

Thousands of Dapchi residents, the town where 110 schools were kidnapped last months are waiting to receive President Muhammadu Buhari today as the President visits the troubled state.

Yobe state is the third state to be visited by Buhari after visiting Plateau and Benue last week.

The president is expected commiserate with the parents of the abducted girls while in Dapchi, having met with stakeholders at the Government House in Damaturu shortly after his arrival.

The President was received by Governor Ibrahim Geidam and other top government functionaries.
